I may have opened a can of worms with that post about the NL violence. Of course, in the media you can find reports of hellish stuff happening in many great mongering locations. I will also admit that I've had my most 'dicey' situations with American streetwalkers. I just thought it was timely and valid and worth a 'head's up'.

Yes, you are right. Colombia is extremely dangerous. Stay away. Never go there. It is a haven for terrorists and guerrilas. They kidnap virtually all Americans. So NEVER monger there, esepecially the extremaly dangerous city of Cartagena and Barranquilla. I bet both cities are the Headquarters for the FARC. My advice, let us stupid mongers go there and you just stay home or go to the beautiful city of Nuevo Laredo for economical and excellent GFE's.

Just My 2 Cents,

I read the article "Mexican Deserters Start Drug Turf War" and it appears this has been going on for two years now. I went to NL about 10 to 15 times between Aug 2002 and August 2003 and never had any problems.

I assume the danger was prevelent each time I went but nothing ever happened.

So... Are we saying that suddenly there are gun battles going on in Boystown? I thought the main problem was the camera crews exposing NL as a place of ill repute.

Does anyone else have a take on this?

I spent two 2-week sessions down there last Spring. I had a blast! Mondays are the pits in BT though. Never go on that day. the plac is completely dead! Pimp Daddy's is closed, Hollywood Nights is closed, and Club 1 2 3 is closed. The remainder of the clubs are really dead! It was the only night I have ever spent in BT wacking off!

I will be mongering for three weeks in Nov/Dec, just not in Mexico. I found a new playgound.

I too, via priceline.com, stayed at the Adams Mark Hotel in SA. I got it for $45. It was actually a pleasant change, since I stayed at Hollywood Nights for a week.
