As to the Russian tourists in Pattaya: They are just an oddity. There are a lot of great beach destinations in Thailand where you can take your girlfriend or wife and family and have a great winter vacation. Pattaya sadly is not one of them. These Russian couples and families are mostly incredibly cheap travel illiterates who don't know any better. They clog up South Walking Street and take away from the Go Go porn atmosphere. Occasionally a Russian couple will enter a Go Go and enjoy the scene, even get friendly with some of the bar girls and barfine them. I like these Russians. They are players. Some of these R. Girls are hot.

So Live and let live, but it is just crazy to see so many Russian and other ethnic family types coming to Pattaya nowadays. I know they would be happier somewhere else. That is one of the good things about AC. You have to look real hard to find anybody walking down Fields Ave at night looking for anything else besides Poontang. AC is still 100% depraved! Pattaya is becoming a caricature of itself.

Freeler, glad you had a good time. Most of us think Pattaya still rocks, but your report left out some key critical information like the names of bars you hung out in and that you thought rocked, how many girls were available in these places, their quality and attitude.

I checked the soap Body massage places in Pattaya:

SabaiDee, SabaiLand, SabaiRoom. Located on the 2nd road, north from Alcazar show. SabaiDee is now under reconstruction, should be ready next year.
