From the tape, looks like LE was out to get the foreign hookers. They had investigated, followed and planned to catch them in their acts. LE was going after specific girls. Hotels had to cooperate by giving them the room numbers they checked into.

If you patronize these hookers, the odds of getting caught in the act by LE is significantly higher than random probability.

There are security video cameras everywhere inside and outside hotels. Changping LE could be sitting in hotel's security room, watching video monitors for guys and KTV girls from the time they enter the hotel, riding elevator, walking in hallway, giving them 5 minutes in the rooms to take their clothes off, then use management keys to open the doors to catch them naked on top of each other. .

LE can make the girls sing by squeezing them just a little, and make the charges stick. Looks like the sex industry in China is being decimated.

Calculate odds as a percentage for another way to look at your chances and you would get 0. 168. Another word the chances of getting raided for the whole entire day at one hotel would be 0. 168% however you are not there for the whole 24 hours so the odds within the odds of getting raiding in a ST session would be another 11 to 1 odds. So in conclusion you have a better chance in holding pocket aces which is 221 to 1 odds and getting bad beaten by someone with another pocket pair with in a five card poker hand with a 52 card deck.

Just came back and saw your post from 8th Aug.

Further chats (bearing in mind she speaks no English) have confirmed that she WAS arrested but then released because at the time of her arrest she was doing nothing 'wrong'

She is now scared stiff. Which is probably what they wanted her to feel like? She was told that next time she faces RMB5000 fine (OK so Google translate is not perfect LOL)

So much so, that when I told her I will be back in October, she has decided to go back to her home town until then.

She is a 'regular' for me and as such feels somewhat 'safe' so I fully understand what she is suggesting. She can come back in Oct and spend time with me and she should be OK.

What I suggested in my last post was that during this time of 'unrest'. Just get the girls number in your mobile and make sure she stores YOURS in her phone.

Best to buy a China sim card (all of rmb10) so at least you have a China number. Makes life so much easier!

Find out her home town and ask how many brothers and sisters she has. Are her parents still alive?

Yes I like to report that it's true right now everywhere in southern China. I had received a weird phone call on my cell phone last night this guy was claiming to be my cousin and I know for a fact that my cousin does not go to Shenzhen and has a China number. I believed him for a second when I asked him why his voice sounded a little different and he said he had been drinking. He wanted to have dinner with me in Shenzhen. After a few more words his accent gave it away and I told him I am out of town until end of the year. I don't know what this guy was trying to pull but when asked about who he was he could answer that he was a cousin with the same sir name. So be careful guys of who you give your phone number to even the most innocent person can not be trusted.

As for using names and places for reporting here I suggest to use a language called Speakingnese like when younger so no one around you knows what you are talking about except the ones with the formula. And the formula is you take the syllable break it down and you say them backwards and add "nese" to the word. IE: We partied at Mayflower would be I like to report that "wenese tiedparnese atnese erflowmaynese". Again like AsnDragon says be careful, extra careful as my example of this guy was definitely not my cousin that wanted to meet me for dinner.

As for me, I take active effort in trying to blend in with the crowd. Being an old timer like me, you couldn't spot me in the crowd at all! Some people ask if I'm from Hubei, that's how local I am.

Yes, the increased GA is a menacing presence nowadays for a lot of the criminal elements but times are very hard for a lot of people that depends on the flesh trade for survival. Especially all these pimp boyfriends who are probably being pressured by their previous ATM gals to now assume their rightful place as the man and provider.

Be as cheap-skated as how most of us are, don't splash out / go on fancy spending sprees at KTV's, footsies, restaurants and just do not draw attention to yourself as being their next prey. Remember that you ARE way more economically privileged than most of the CP people. And like it or not, China IS still very xenophobic.

And drawing attention to yourselves includes small / subtle things as insisting on playing your own kind of music I / o KTV singing (I've heard a gal say "What, our way of partying is not good enough?") , over-ordering / wasting food at regular restaurants, having multiple gals to simultaneously massage you at a footsie, carrying around / using too many electronics, over-dressing and of course ALL mannerism to convey that one is a Big Swinging / Spending Dick.

Just be careful out there guys! Yes, money IS the most (if not only) attraction for most denizens of CP, but I've just seen too many examples of guys overdoing it by splashing cash around to make up for their otherwise lack of desirable / attractive features.

the official xinhua news agency said tang was released after labour camp officials reviewed her appeal. xinhua cited hunan provincial publicity authorities as saying the camp decided to free her so she could take care of her daughter, who is now 17 years old. it said authorities were also investigating tang's claim that police falsified evidence in her daughter's case.

tang's punishment was met with a storm of criticism from intellectuals, bloggers and even state media.

the state-run global times newspaper noted in an editorial tuesday that the public was livid over the case and went on to deliver an unusually frank critique of tang's treatment and china's legal system.

The ads and activities of a few foreign "tour guides" in ISG is well-known. They are like signed confessions to any legal system. Their conduits with the outside world make them a very tempting target to LE. Also their prosecution and punishments would be easier and bring bigger impacts than going after the thousands poor working girls, the rich and well-connected KTVs and suanas' owners or the individual monger. .

Wanted to share my report from CP this past week and provide a "on the ground" perspective (hint: things are tough, but the sky has not fallen).

When I got into town I two of the regulars in this thread. One in particular helped me a lot even though he was out of town (thanks bro!). It was my first time in CP. There is still activity, but I can tell things are a bit on edge, and there are certainly fewer options for a white Canadian guy who speaks no Mandarin or Cantonese. But, one of the reasons I wanted to go (other than to visit the legenday CP and have some fun) was to support CP and not let the crackdown kill the industry. All-in-all I had a good time and met some interesting bros. Without giving details of where, how, etc, here's my short report.

-Sauna-

Had to go through some hoops as they are on edge, but eventually found myself in a room where three groups of about 20-ish girls were brought in at a time. Not KTV quality, but there were a couple I liked. I ended up picking a girl who had a decent body, a uniquely pretty face, and a nice smile. She was 19 from Guangxi (seems like a lot of girls in CP are from there). Session consisted of shower, BBBJ, and multiple positions of FS followed by some time in bed together "talking" with the aid of Google translate (thank god for that!). Somehow the BJ lacked feeling, but the rest was quite good. She was quite fascinated by my whiteness and my body hair. She was very sweet and fun. On LAS scale she was 6/8/7. It was pricey at 1000 for the room and 200 for DJ fee, but I had a good time. The selection of girls was good, but not huge. Perhaps it's SOP or maybe it's tough times from the crackdown, but the girls and their mommies were fierce. They nearly ripped my shirt off. Admittedly that was fun, but it caused me to feel a bit rushed. Also, I was surprised by how many girls sat out the competition and just tapped away on their phones (maybe be / see I'm white?). Chose two girls, one a tall "model" kind girl maybe 19-20 and a shorter girl with spectacles, as a change of pace. The spectacled girl I choose from a distance (Tip: do not do this). She was 3/6/9. Unfortunately I was past my 10 mins when I realized I didn't want to pay the sitting fee, so she stayed. The other girl (4/8/13) was quiet and mysterious. I could tell she was quite smart, and had an interesting aloofness about her. As I can't drink, we sang, ate, and they drank while we played dice. The hostess was not hot in a conventional sense, but was really cute and fun. She drank and played games with us all night. At the end of the evening I thought maybe I should take her home instead of one of the two I picked. After lots of bottles of beer among the ladies I decided to take the tall girl with me overnight.

We got back to my hotel, showered, and had our fun. I'm the kind of guy who thinks that good foreplay and making the girl feel good makes the whole experience better. The sounds she made were soft and very sexy. We kissed a fair bit, which was wonderful given her pouty lips. The only drawback was the smell and taste of cigs. We tried multiple positions.
