I'm quite sure it is the same here in the USA Lusty. What I have often used in the past are seeking out informal sugar babies (of which the Tutsi was one) who do not "state" they require funding, but are looking for relationships with guys who can provide for them. Prior to bringing my Ghanaian back, I lived with this Tutsi, a Jamaican, a Haitian (who was a medical doctor trying to get licensed here in the USA) and one black American in the last 5 years.

The American lasted six days.

Thanks Jhack. She was born Ugandan though her family had fled a previous genocide in the early 50's. She has clearly got that Tutsi aristocratic look (thanks or no thanks to our Belgian geneologists).
