I have traveled to London, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Prague, Budapest, Brazil (Rio and Sao Paulo) , Dubai, America and lots more places for holiday, business and mongering. There are places I felt very safe a stranger and some that I didn't. Some places I have been scammed, some nearly robbed. Lagos was safer to me than a lot of cities in America and Europe Lagos is not the safest city by any means and suffers from a lot of negative publicity and like I said in my earlier post, like any large cosmopolitan city be smart, careful and don't attract too much attention to yourself. That should help you through.

Friday evenings and Sunday evenings are the best. Fridays when they being picked up or getting ready for the weekend and Sunday when they are being returned from weekend runs.

Posts: 74Lagos is not a safe place, listen
You are much safer living in the Bronx, any where in the Bronx than in Lagos, especially if you are a white person, because you standout than a person of color.
Brazil, Rio is not a safe city, most especially, the favella (my spelling might be wrong and in copacabana. Copa is much safer, than the favellas, but l have been there and nothing had happened to me. L know its a bad place, but l want to see how people live there and how the place is. L have been to Vila mimosa, several times and the neighborhood is bad, but l love the energy, the cheap sex, the food and the loud music. Lagos is worse than Brazil. Just listen. L know what l, m telling you.

Here a summary of relevant things, one should know about Lagos.
1. The girls.
Lagos is the melting pot of almost all the tribes of Nigeria. Nowadays you find a lot of mixed tribal blood in these girls which brings out the most beautiful creatures in the world I've ever seen. There are all kind of body-types. Big booty / big tits with short legs, big booty / big tits long legs, slim and slender with small ass, ultra long leggy with small round booty and medium tits. You will find everything you want. In my eyes the so called "working girls" (the prostitutes) are definitly less beautiful, have worse bodies, not so nice skin than the college girls. I had two of the working girls at the beginning of my stay, before my system was running.
2. Places to pick up girls.
The common hocker places like Pats, Michels, Cheers, Step Inn have few very good girls, mostly medium or ugly. The best place for me to know new regular girls was the shopping center "The Palms". Thursday till Sunday between 5pm and 10pm. Inside the mall, walking around and trying to spot a pretty girl, catch her eyes and smile. That worked quite well. Also a good preparation in Facebook helped to get some good steals. I invited them to come to the Cafe Vergnano (outside "The Palms"). The first date was around 3pm to check them out and to take their fear away, for the second date I called them to come to my hotel around 10am, where I nailed them. Another good place is "Troy", a club with many locals inside, lots of regular girls. A funny way to pick up girls was to drive around with the car during daytime, stop by a beauty and ask for her number, then call her another day and invite her to come to my hotel in the next morning. My driver helped in the "drive-by-pick-ups", since he speaks Yoruba and Ibo, which helped a lot to take their fear away.
3. Prices.
Lagos is expensive! If you are ok with local quality, it can be cheap. But eating all this strange things for example "Bush meat" is not everyones taste. I tried some of the foods, some were ok, the majority was not ok. For my stomach and for my taste it was better to eat in a good restraurant, that is very expensive. For example "Raddison Blue" restaurant, buffet 35 USD per person without drinks. Drinving around is very expensive, since the traffic is in constant stall and you need a lot of time to change from one place to another. 10 hours of driver costs some 12000 Niaras (64 Euros). The beach is very pricy! You have to pay for everything: entry, parking, seats, tables, drinks. The hotels are extremly expensive. I stayed in "La Playa Suites", a medium class small hotel (30 rooms). The normal rate is 29000 Niaras. 145 Euros a day. For 145 Euros you get a 5-star hotel with a lot more qality in any country in Europe and Asia. But not in Lagos. The big hotels like "Raddison Blue" are even more expensive, starting with 70000 Niaras a day. Forget it! Girls: The working girls got 10000 each for their action. The regular girls were more pricy, because you give them a present (Blackberry, wrist watch.) , you invite them for luch or dinner or beach, but they are far more beautiful, you can have a good coversation with them and you can show up in any place with them.
4. Get Money.
ATMs everywhere and they don't do any scam with it. The first thing I did when coming back home was to check the status of my credit cards online. Ask your hotel before, if and which credit card they accept.
5. Scam.
Scam is almost everywhere. The locals see a white guy and keep him for a ATM. In some situations I was very lucky to have a driver who got me out of scams. Always and everywhere: ask before you enter a place, before you sit down, before you look at something, before you take a photo! Beach, bars, taxis, horses, boats. Always and everywhere: ask first.
6. Food.
Eating local food is sometimes a big adventure. Once I tried "Bush meat" together with a very good and spicy soup with some kind of pastry, I liked the soup and the pastrsy, but the meat (maybe a monkey) was definitly awful. On the beach the only good thing to eat is fish, don't eat chicken or beef, since the way they are prepared is really strange: they are chopped and grilled, you don't know which part of the animal you just eat. Don't eat nothing at the streetside, you don't know how it was prepared and who touched it before! The locals don't wash their hands at all. Just the right hand with water and no soap before having food. Generally I preferred european and US-food. Always a good choice is KFC, which opened some new restaurants in different parts of Lagos.
7. Transport.
You will need a driver. Some of them are really dumb, but there are clever ones. My driver was Obi (placed at La Playa) , he has a Volvo S80, he doesn't take long ways to make money on you, he always goes the best way. I invited him often to drink and eat toghether with me, I bought him some cold beer for his breaks when he was waiting for me. As already said, he helped me with the girls and got me out of scam. The normal rate for a driver is 5000 Niaras for the first 3 hours, then 1000 Niara for every following hour. Going to Ikeja from La Playa takes 2 to 3 hours during daytime Monday til Friday (until 10 pm) , Saturday is better, Sunday best to go to the mainland. I didn't leave the islands a lot (after featurring it out) , because of the lost time.
8. Beaches.
The beaches are expensive! There is one beach called "bar-beach" close to Michels, which is full of scammers. Don't dare to enter the place without confirming every step you take. The other beaches are more far, onyl people with cars can come there. The entry per person is 1000 Niaras. The beaches are not clean and the locals don't do anything to clean them up. They are full of broken glass, be carefull to walk around without slippers. The real beachlife starts Friday till Sunday around 4pm until 10pm. Don't ride a horse on the beach, it's all scam. The pure horse-ride is 1000 Niaras, but every photo you take with your own camera is another 300 Niaras. Be carefull and warn everybody who is with you before you arrive at the beach. There are many bars on the beach, some in better some in worse conditions. The drinks are expensive and often they don't let you sit down without ordering a bottle of hard-drinks. I invited my friends for my farewell-beach-party last Sunday, we were some 20+ people. We did not eat, just drink, it did cost me a fortune. The water of the ocean is quite cold and the waves are high, it's better not to swim.
That's all for today, maybe I remind more details. You can also ask for more.

Long, lean ebony beauties. If that's a representative sample of women there, I got to get myself there.

I had great fun in Lagos and I'm back home safe and healthy. I'll post some information for following adventurers.
In the attachment there are 3 pics of girls, just to give you an example what one expects there, if you are not chasing the common hooker but college girls. These girls are my friends, so please don't ask for names or other details.
