Coyote, That's why I'd rate it a "5". It's a pain in the ass. The hotels won't let you bring back girls. So your other option is private houses, and some of their owners won't let you bring back girls. If by some chance Cuban immigration were to stamp your passport, even though you asked them not to, then you'll need to lose yours and get it replaced before USA immigration sees it. That's not saying that ever happened to me, or that I ever visited Cuba. I admit nothing. The thing is though, that you've got an economy where $20 a month is a good wage and the women were raised to be communist atheists (instead of good Catholics like many Latinas) so there is opportunity. I believe there is a higher percentage of sl*ts in Cuba than any country I may or may not have visited, except New Jersey.

As far as the probability of being hassled or jailed by the police, or just overall safety, I'd take Cuba over Mexico any day. You might get asked what you're doing perv'ing around a University looking for women or taking photos of secret military installations (both of which may or may not have happened to me) but you're not going to get jailed for no good reason unless you're a political activist. And as you know there are gringos in jail in Juarez for no good reason.

Yes this would be Havana and I'm Canadian so I can travel to Cuba as many times as I wish. Americans do travel there too either by special permission or via Canada or other Caribbean countries. Mongers are not jailed but the Cuban police might hassle local girls caught with tourists in public. That's why there are systems there now to reduce that possibility. Girls meet you in clubs, cabs directly to casas, etc.

Looking over your posting history, at places we're both familiar with, I'd rate San Jose, Costa Rica an 8, Havana a 5, and Juarez a 3. If you're happy going for just an afternoon and are happy if you don't find a stunner, you should be just fine in Juarez. I'd question the wisdom of an 8 hour round trip though. Self gratification sounds like a better option.
