Hi all. I've been in Tokyo and posting on that board for the past couple of months. I am guessing they have a sign-up fee and a "choose your girl" fee.

You could try asking for an exception as you are out of town (not sure how this would work?).

Or if you want to try your luck you could just drop by and they might wave the extra fees and possibly get and extra 10mins.
