Less $$$ and less competition at places like Club A (more students etc) then the up market clubs but I prefer some of the bars and cafes / restaurants and I target the 30+ crowd. If you are young bucks try the student areas. And I don't know why everyone says it is SO TOUGH in Bucharest. Bloody site easier for freebies than Budapest I can assure you.
