I think he was merely advising you to ignore some of the more overly negative posters on the forum who can't give balanced and fair reports. We do have some apparent nutters a times. Criticism does not need to be defended. You might respond if you trully intend to make some change, but otherwise you just merely take note of what people say, gather all the opinions, and try to form a more balanced view yourself.

As an owner of the place, you by default must lose all arguments and expect to be criticised over absolutely everything.

i think dr. bj is in a lose-lose situation. if he tries to address questions very directly, people will merely think he is too defensive. i think owners learn in time that responding to criticism does not gain much. sometimes worth ignoring or just indicating the criticism is noted. i think he merely points that he will not sack the girl, since she is popular with some customers, and maybe the complaints do not outweigh that.

same thing at annies. some girls that get rated as poor, but still get a lot of repeat bookings from some customers who like them.

A simple way to guage the value of a sex worker is how she made you feel afterwards. If an average looker makes you feel fantastic & twice as good as the stunner, obviously you should stick with what works. You must have missed the class Doc. On how to calculate increases expressed as a precentage, perhaps you were attending the course on how to run a BJ bar although you didn't seem to have picked up much there either.

Increase divided by origional number multiplied by a 100 I. E.

Prices like 1K to 1, 5K is for ST I believe and seems a bit low but fair enough. But as she probably was a newbee to the game she claimed 1K to make sure she got that.
