Try 'Sultana', on Pigalle. Single guy friendly club, with nice sauna, hammam & whirlpool. I have been there a few times, and my experience has been positive. A bit expensive to enter, though (around 60 euros)

Today I had a nice experience to report:
I found a young nice looking Chinese girl working at the Porte Dorée (between Porte de Charenton and Porte de St Mandé).
She wanted to go to an undergroung parking but I really prefer hotels; so we went to a small hotel near the Cours de Vincennes and I had a vey nice session: BBBJ, many positions ,no rush , no anal but very GFE attitude, two pops.
She said in very poor French that she arrived from Bejing last week, paid 40€ + 25€ for the room, absolutely great value.
Sometime you can get lucking with SW girls.

I've never heard of the Paris police using decoys, as is common practice in the US. I think it is very safe to approach SWs in Paris. If anyone is going to get busted, it is the SWs themselves. I have heard of some recent crackdowns on the SWs but I think it is just a way to keep them somewhat under control, not an attempt to stamp them out completely.

It should be easy to tell the SWs from regular girls who might be dressed in a hot, sexy way and on their way to a club--the SWs tend to stay in one place and are ready to make eye contact easily.

Yes, it's safe, esp. with the girls around the Arc/Etoile area. The girl need not speak perfect English. As long as she understands enough to make the deal, that's good enough. The girl may have her own place nearby or she may be willing to go to your hotel if it's not far. A nice Moroccan girl once rode 6 stops on the metro with me back to my hotel near the Opera. I gave her an extra 20 euros for her trouble.

<Will most French SW's perform BBBJ or only CBJ?>

Expect a CBJ, but you might be able to negotiate something better.

<What are prices in France for SW's in Euro's?>

Around the Arc/Etoile, expect to pay about 100 Euros. That's a fair price for the quality of the girls which is usually pretty good. You might be able to go lower but why antagonize the girl by trying to go lower.

About being "too nervous to approach any of them": girls in France are not shy at being approached. Just use some kind of phrase like "hello, can I offer you a cup of coffee". The girl will answer if she is interested, or just walk on if she isn't.

About boulevard Victor Hugo: There is some activity in avenue Victor Hugo (from place V Hugo to Etoile), but I doubt there is "strong" activity in Neuilly.

There is always activities around the Arc de Triomphe specialy up to 10:00 pm. But there are other places in Paris, just look at the previous messages. Around la Madeleine, rue Joubert, rue Saint Denis, etc. Don't go to bars you will be rip off.

Prices: Euro 50 to 100 depending the quality.

LE like in US do not exist in France. You have absolutely not such risk by picking up a girl in the street. You can discuss your conditions with the girl very freely in the street . Take her to your hotel if you wish (and if she accepts). No problem.

Presevatif are widely used in France.

Sorry Denis & Efrog - your were both correct! I posted my last post in a cyber cafe with people over my shoulder hence the lack of detail and the haste - sorry for any offence taken, not intentional in any way.

Thanks Lacemer for your post - I might explore the SW's in Paris and try my luck.

Regards the bottle of champange - I did not know about the price list until I was nearly thrown out the door complaining about the prices - but I guess with all of us sharing our experiences here we are much the wiser.

I will update my experiences on the SW scene next week in Paris.

Walking late afternoon behing the Lafayette Galerie in the 8th district in the East part of Rue Joubert I found 6 to 7 SWs, some in cars and some in the bars. They are rather old, round 40, I would rate them 5-6 but one of them was about 35 year old (Rate: 7-8). Price is € 60.- for a (quick!!) s**k and f**k. After discussion, it seems that some of them are ready to go to hotels. I went again later at 10 pm other girls were there, same type.

I agree totally with the post from efrog, read the forum posts and do not be stupid enough to go to Pigalle or to any Hostess ripoff Bars.
I can update you on the street scene in the 12th district (South East). There are still girls working there, on the boulevard Soult and Bd Poniatowski.
Still 3 to 4 Chinese girls working between the Porte Dorée and the Porte de St Mandé.
Today I took the N6 and there are still many girls working in miniVans and I also saw some young SouthAmerican (I presume) standing along the N6 (near the Pyramide of Brunoy).

Additional if you did pay 150$ a bottle of champagne, either it was a very exclusive vintage (sure it wasn't ) or ... it was a bar with girls... Beside you were kidnapped on the street, you did know where you were.
Legally they have a price list. You didn't ask for it before "buying" a bottle ?
You didn't have a girl next to you ? (I hardly imagine a guy alone at a bar and ordering for himself alone a bottle)...
This has not to do with Paris, in any city in the world, this is called acting like an idiot.

I'll be in Paris shortly and I was wondering if there is still any hint of street action anywhere in Paris or is it a total waste of time?

I went to paris 3 or 4 years ago and got ripped off about $150.00 Euros approx in the old currency for a bottle of champagne (very similar to last post so I dont want to tempt fate with the club scence)
