I don't know what is your destination but the time frame you put is too short to risk. First of all remember you will need to pass the passport control twice to exit and enter back to the airport and you will need to go to a nearby airport hotel. In this case I would suggest WOW Airport hotel you can reach there easily by metro from airport it is just 1 or 2 stops. Aksaray is OK. Please avoid shady joints. Balans and some of the other bars are OK.

FOR MP I suggest you check internet before traveling and get an idea of where they are. Prenses is fairly central.

For MP expect to pay 100TL to the cashier and then about 100TL to the lady for a tip. Depends on what service she offers.
