Seems like chica's asking for money upfront has become a bigger issue lately. I don't mind paying the standard fee + house fee upfront if need be but I would tell them upfront that there will be a generous tip if the service is great. Maybe this will get them to give better services since they already have your standard fee. Anyone else tried this method? I speak Spanish so I don't have a problem communicating to them.

Let's face it the girls are not there because they like fucking strangers, they are in it for the money. Years I found that if a chica asks for money up front I just walked out. I find that their service is upually mediocre.

As I start to walk out the door I have had a few chicas stop me and said later was ok.

Their performance was good. I do not know whether they would have been poor if I paid up front but I just don't do that.

However I know most of the bartenders and owners and they know me by name so that is what might have changed over the years as no one asks for money up front.

Same in Campo and even in Colombia. I am not asked for money up front.

Interesting observation. It's funny how fast things change, as I had plans for writing a small piece about how FEW girls now were asking for payment upfront! This was only two months ago. I like the Oyster Pond area and often stay at Captain Oliver's when I don't have to be downtown for work. While it is a quiet area it's not desolate and there are decent places to eat at Olivers, Oyster Bay Resort and the Westin Dawn Beach. The Westin has a night club and casino as well. The area is pretty quick to all of our favorite places, especially since there won't be the traffic problems you'll find coming from Simpson Bay. At most, it's less than 10 minutes to Petite Chateau and only 2 minutes to Casablanca. If you are part mountain goat and don't mind steep hills, you can walk to Casablanca.

Any road on SXM can be dangerous, so careful driving is mandatory. The road between Defiance and Sunset is particularly tricky as it is dark, lots of curves and the drainage ditch is something else. At the very least, hitting that ditch will require a tow truck to get you out, most likely with a broken axle or worse. But after you drive it a few times and get the feel of it, it isn't too bad. But it is not a road recommended if you have a bit too much to drink. I only drink Red Bull or water at the clubs so I don't worry about it too much.
