Never fear. The Oase line up is not that bad. I understand from Szyzgies writings that he is a picky marker and has a particular taste. Where's a good place to work out / weight training near the train station in Frankfurt? I will be in Frankfurt for 1 week and needs to find a gym near the train station to work out / lift weights.

IMHO Fitness First is much better than Kieser which is pretty close to the Frankfurt HBF. The closest FF is on the Zeil which is about a 15 minute walk, or only a few U-Bahn stations from Frankfurt HBF.

There is a FF Platinum Club in "My Zeil" shopping center, but down a few more blocks is the normal club which is pretty nice.

No idea what it cost for a day pass, but I'm sure that there are deals that one can make. Whenever I'm in Frankfurt, this is the fitness studio that I use. Pretty much anything you need will be there. Not always the case at Kieser Training.

Kason, thre is the red lught district near the main tain station in downtoen Frankfurt that yiu can do some pumping iron so to speak.

Really there are a lot of fat assed and fat thighed girls. This is very normal. They really should make more effort to lose weight. I am not talking fat bellies. That would be a lower percentage.
