Last night as I finished dinner I was trying to decide. Do I do I stick my head into Why Not for a while, or do I go home and put up a distress call on the ISG board for advise. Because I'm suffering a case of mild depression from 2 months in this excruciatingly low key city.

If anyone is looking to bar fine in Dumaguete, its easy. There's Jackpot. That's on the main road on the left, if you coming from Dumaguete. Almost all the way to whats known as Cebu City, which is the Sibulan Ferry Terminal. Zig zag through a charming little dirt alley way. Then you pay 70p to enter and get swarmed by about 5 or 6 bored lonely ones. You can pay the bar 3000 if you want.

Better yet, you can go to Fantasy, I'd say 1500 would be cool, and if you made the total 3000, I'm sure that would be appreciated.

I decided to cancel going to Iloilo today because I didn't want to get up at 4:30. The air con buses only leave between midnight and 5:40 am. Maybe I'll ride there soon.
