There was one curious event that I missed. Just before leaving the hotel for the airport, I asked reception who had been cleaning my room in order tp tip them. Apologies for the delay with this as this happened in early Feb, just before Tet. The details are a little fuzzy as a result. Well they must have their lies together then because when I asked the girl who I hit she told me the same thing. It was never a driver I dealt with.
