I have never been from the airport to Oase all the way by public transport, but the S-bahn is not difficult to navigate and there are full instructions elsewhere on this thread. I have always driven to Oase in a rental car, which is very straightforward (easier at Terminal 2 of the airport as there is much less walking) and online rental prices are usually very reasonable. One thing I would definitely recommend, however, is that you have a good breakfast before you go to the club as food there is a bit pathetic and not even very filling until the evening meal arrives.

Download the Deutsche Bahn navigation App as Syzyegies suggested. It is also in english. You just put your departure place and arrival place and it will suggest you best way to get as close as possible by public transportation. However, I would suggest that for such short time (just one day and once in a while) you simply get to your hotel, check in and rest a bit and them let the reception call you a cab. Ride to Oase should be in the region of 30/40€ depending on where is located your hotel. Itwill be much more time efficient and for just one day you avoid all the fuss of moving around by unknown public transport, even if in Germany these are very good.

Myself I always rent a car and I would do it also for only24 hours. Including gas it will not cost you more than the cab. Most likely even less, it depends if you reduce to 0 the insurance excess or not. A car hire can be in the region of 30€ per day minimum. With the car you can hire also a Navi if you do not have your own.
