Till 2009, if you got more then 25 posts, you were converted to senior member automatically and could PM without paying. If I remember correctly, the rules changed some time late in 2009 after which you had to pay to use PM

I think, it depends what you are looking for. In Manhattan there are a lot of very professional girls. These girls are more agressiv in "marketing" and they also will take as much as they can and than run back to the next customer. If you look for a professional service of a working girl, this is what you look for and what you get. Here it can be a good deal to take a sauna session instead. That's not been my experience at all; I've had good to exceptional service from the half dozen or so Shanghai pickups I've had the pleasure of enjoying over the past couple of visits.
