Say what you will about GWB, but I was better off when he was prez. I used to travel to Tijuana every other weekend. Now I am lucky If I can afford to go once every couple of months. Everything went to shit when BO entered office and America voted him back in again. At least he can't be reelected again. Thank GOD!

Mongers give too little credit to the girls' knowledge of exchange rates. They might not do the exact conversion, but they know $1 is worth more than 10 pesos.
Of course they know the exchange rate. Most pay for things in USD and some pay their rent in USD. Of course they like $. They have to convert pesos back to $. (lose money in exchange) But in Mexico you don't pay the asking price for anything. (always been this way). So if you can get a chica to go (for your price) more likely you will save in pesos (IMHO).

Every $/peso! Saved is more money to give to the chicas anyway, and more fun for us!
But if you think "what is a few dollars, I am on vacation and HORNY and shit I can spend what the fuck I want" This attitude has caused the "new norm" quotes from $60 (as It has been for a few years) to $80 and slowly to $100. THIS IS NOT LA. THIS IS MEXICO. If you want to pay high prices stay in the US and risk LE / and their fucking STINGS and REALLY screw your life up (sex offender)
I come to Tijuana almost every week. I live in SD. I am on a budget with my "hobby". The crazy chicas asking CRAZY prices. This has made it a challenge to play with too many new chicas. This is the reason I mostly stick to my regulars / favs. No price increases in a year. I'm not saying it is impossible to negotiate to the price you want, it just makes it more of a challenge. I pass them up If the quote and my negotiating are not in my range. (SGs / BGs see me al the time-I have time on my side-play the game. Eventually they will cave in) I said this IS my HOBBY!
Remember to all you (one and done) guys you never know if you want a chica for a repeat. The price you establish will be your going rate for future dates. (of course YMMV) ' Cuidate esta pronto!
I'm not bashing SoCal just the unfavorable legal system and taboo about SEX! I have been in the "hospitality" industry and have lived in EVERY county in SoCAl! Among other citys NY / MIAMI / DENVER. So I have been around the block! A time and place for everything. In SoCal work, live, Disneyland etc. But to fuck and have fun go to Tijuana (adult Disneyland) Pay the price for SoCal sunshine in the States. P4P in Mexico at MEXICO prices in Mexico money=pesos. You don't give MICKEY 1200+ pesos to ride "space mountain" so don't pay puntas in in dollars (if you can!).

If you follow economics, than you know Warren Buffet not only bought the 2nd largest rail company in america a couple of years ago. Why? Because he knows that the shift in manufacturing is coming back to North America due to rise in cost of labor in China. So the cheapest place along with logistics right now is Mexico. Look at Monterrey, the economy is already booming and set to boom even more. Monterrey has positioned itself as the place for manufacturing and this will trickle down to other parts of Mexico. Yes, the pesos will rise. Enjoy it now while it lasts.
Where do you get this kind of information. For a long time China has been the place for manufacturing, but do you see the shift to monterrey being big enough to battle economic dominance over China? I would think that it make sense to make that shift when you consider location and price, whatnot. When is the next time you are visiting Tijuana? Enlighten me your thoughts on economics and I will get you a bucket of beer. That's now on my bucket list, sharing thoughts about the future global economics while getting a grind on my lap with a beer in my hand. LOL. Let me know when you're in Tijuana next time, sb25.

Now you understand the basics of trading foreign currency.

But basically at 12:1, this means the dollar is worth more now and the peso is worth less. Yes, I'm so bad that I couldn't comprehend that until I did some math figures on paper.
At 10:1, the dollar is worth less and the peso more (not more than the dollar but more than at 12:1). So if it's true what you said that the exchange rate will go back to 10:1, it would mean that if you buy pesos now and wait for 10:1, you will end up making money. If that ever happens.
At 12:1, Now.
$60 dollars = 720 pesos.
$50 dollars = 600 pesos.
At 10:1, then or foresee-ably the future.
$60 dollars = 600 pesos.
$50 dollars = 500 pesos.
Lets say you change $1000 dollars to pesos at 12:1 you will get 12000 pesos.
Then you wait and change the 12000 pesos to dollars when it becomes 10:1 you get back $1200 dollars. Profit of $200 dollars.

Sounds higher than the regular quote of $60. Exactly again, how do you save going with pesos?
I pay the SGs I go with (YMMV) at most 300 pesos (usually for 30 min sucky / fucky sin ropa / chupar penocha / besos / multi positions. Most will quote $30-$40 for that. 300=around $24/$25. Do the math. What I said (meant) that bar girls will QUOTE 800/1000 p (not pay-what you should negotiate them to 600/700 p. The chicas WILL quote $80 (1000 p) now (new norm) so if they quote 800p you can work them down to maybe 600/700 ($48-&55. This will probably work better with day chicas- the night ones think they are worth much more!
Because the little head does the thinking. (we all need someone else paying (like dcell) the bill to bring some sense to all this INFLATION!)

For a long time the peso was 10 to the dollar. The price for a chica was 500. 600 pesos, and it had been that way for some time. Then the dollar started to gain strength against the peso, eventually topping out at just over 12:1.
You saved money by still negotiating and paying in pesos, AT THE OLD 10:1 RATE. But loads of numbnuts had to be smart and say,"Well, gee. 600 pesos in now only $50, so I got to pay 800." It didn't take too long for the girls to figure this out, either.
The point of all this is that if you stick to the 10:1 rate, which most chicas will happily accept, you will save money. As the Obama Dollar slowly sinks into the west, the point will be moot, as the dollar will again be at 10:1, and probably even less.

when quoting in pesos they are asking anywhere from 1000-800 pesos ($80-$65 approx.)

Last Weekend
I was in Tijuana last Friday and Saturday. Most cambios were doing 'compra 11. 80' pesos to the dollar, that was the highest I could find. Also I got across the border on Sunday morning at 8:45am in 5 minutes. Nice.
Was with 2 street girls (Gloria and Lucy) , good service.
