I'm going to try and keep this post short since it is just a follow up on past places I have reported on.

First, Hera, Seoulleong Stn. I took a second trip there last week and I will probably not go back for a while. The management is nice and all but the girl kind of turned me off. Found my way to Cheonho this evening. I am white as can be and, despite reports of the contrary, I had no problem finding service. A few places turned me away but oh well. There are still some large tattooed men at the entrances from the main street who look slightly intimidating, but I just walked past them.

Cheonho is hit or miss. It's the closest RLD to me so I've been out there several times. Sometimes you get in, sometimes you don't. Deciding factor seems to be how many Ahdjushis are walking about. Problem is that there's nothing else out there so if you do get shot down at the RLD then you're basically SOL for that evening.

I was actually rejected from one of the booths the very first time I went to Cheonho (this was 4 years ago). I'm a gyopo, but my Korean was (and still is) pretty bad, so I guess I was still considered a foreigner to that ajumma's eyes. Fortunately, I've been able to see girls in other booths since then. Sorry, I should have clarified my comments. I popped once and she cleaned me up first with a normal wet towel then a warm wet towel.

I do speak Korean that's good enough for normal conversations. Korean is a difficult language in terms of the honorifics and that's usually how Koreans know that I am not one of them. But it is true that with a better understanding of their language, you tend to get more perks. Of course, frequent visits go a long way to making them feel more comfortable.
