The photos almost never match the actual girl. That's normal.

If you're calling based on ads in China Daily, you're setting yourself up for poor quality girls. If they know you're a foreigner travelling through, then they'll probably send the worst girls. Instead, I'd look on the forum and find outcall services that have been used and recommended. Then be extremely specific about what you want. Something like "must be very skinny, no fat girls. Young, under 21, no old girls. No girls with baby."

Your pricing strategy sounds about right. Something like 200 to 400 in smaller cities. 500 to 600 in Beijing for FS, BJ, taxi all inclusive. If you do want very fine girls, perhaps you'll have to pay more now. But for those prices, you should be getting decent girl-next-door types.
