Well, I managed to find this place. Finally. It is actually on my way to work, and I just figured out it is on a small side street off the main road. Not too far from Cau Giay street. Basically, off of Cau Giay street, onto Tran Thai Tong, it will be on a small street on your left. I forget which one exactly, but it is there, not so far away. Tam quats offer you the best and worst of Hanoi P 2 P.
