I think it is giving away too much, since you've posted the girl's numbers. The reason I haven't posted the location or any identifying information on here is that there is still a very heavy crackdown on Beijing on all vice including HJ massage parlors and this shop (unlike the others on Chunxiu Lu, the Wangjing 300/400 shops, etc) does not have strong protection. The girls are all nice and I wouldn't want any of them to either end up in prison or for any of us to end up in there with them during a raid.

Yes there most certainly are massage places near the university! Can't tell you what's available at what price but I'd be pretty sure you'll find whatever you are looking for.

Follow the road almost opposite the West Gate to the canal and turn right. There is a nice looking massage place with for massage starting at about 60kuai IIRC. Other massage options were in the mid hundreds I think. A few doors up is a pink light parlour. First night I walked past I thought I saw some pretty young things, but second night I walked past at around 5pm and there were some haggard crones around 40year old with false hair. Proceed with caution, young adventurer!

Alternatively, carry on along the same road past the canal and at the main road you'll be standing outside another massage place. Was tempted to try but the wall was full of information I couldn't understand (prices, packages etc) and mug shots of the masseurs. Seemed a bit clinical but at the same time that it was a front (or was that my small head thinking?). I was on a tight budget though so decided to skip it, didn't want the risk of veggie. Take a right up the main road and don't bother with Red Apple Bathing. Bath is only 18rmb but with cockroaches kicking around the shower you'll feel dirtier than when you entered. Got a half hearted massage from a tired, plan girl with no suggestion of extras. Again, a few doors on is an indiscreet pink light BBS.

North of the intersection it gets very local and middle aged sole proprietors will wank you off for 50 kuai. Just saying.

Just got back from one of the best weekends ever in Inner Mongolia. I don't think there is an Ulanchabu thread and, seeing as I live in Beijing I will post a full report to anyone interested here soon.

Brief Report: 2 friends took me there. 1 friends' brother is a captain or seargent in the police there, he organised everything for FREE, including the hotel that has a 'KTV' in the basement with girls going up and down in the elevators from 6pm-4am.

Anyway, I could give the full report but I really do NOT know about the prices (I can guess though) and I don't want to just sound as though I am bragging. Truth is, I can't really share the experience with anyone else, haha.

By the way, I couldn't possibly describe the experience of driving round in my friends' brother's police car to these places after drinking 5 bottles of Baijiu between 3 of us NOT including the beers. Absolutely surreal.

Let me add to the feedback. First, thanks to Kajos. It really is tucked away so that you wouldn't notice it at all if you didn't know where to look. There are four girls working there, apparently, although when I went, late afternoon on a weekday, there was only one a dongbei girl, I guessed, with a charming smile. She seemed a bit red-eyed, so I asked if she was sick. No, just sleeping, she said. Well this turned out not to be true, and the snivels detracted somewhat from what was otherwise a very good massage. It wasn't just that I worried about catching her cold, but that she was clearly suffering. She should have been home in bed. Well, by the end of 60 mins (168rmb) I'd pretty much decided that I'd skip the HE. It's funny how illness even of a trivial kind like the common cold is antithetical to eroticism. Basic evolutionary psychology, I suppose. Right at the end of time, another girl arrived for work and poor girl was quickly replaced. The new girl quickly proceeded to the happy ending, which was well done (extra 200rmb). But the girl's illness and the rapid exchange of girls made it impossible to build up even the illusion of intimacy and the experience was somewhat empty.

I'll try again, hopefully at a time when a healthy masseuse is available.

I must have walked that strip for over half an hour looking for it but couldn't find it. Is that where its supposed to be or is Baidu Maps wrong? Also, when I went to Red Sun (8PMish) , they only had a handful of girls available.

I just have to say again that there is an excellent massage and HJ place next to gongti north gate / chunxiu lu area for a small fraction of the crazy prices posted here. Massage is consistently one of the best oil massages in town, really excellent. Price varies from 168? For basic up to RMB 228? For better quality organic oil, also have a great hot stone oil massage for when the weather cools down. All massage services are up to 50% off with purchase of a discount card. HJ is also by far the best in Beijing, add RMB 200 to your massage cost. Since I bought a discount card, I'm usually paying about RMB 80 to 100 for the massage plus RMB 200 extra. The girls are mid 20s to early 30s, good to great looking and pretty enjoyable company if you speak Chinese. The shop owner is in her late 20s, cute and petite and has professional HJ / sauna training. The girls have mostly worked at other high-end spas for several years and get HJ training from her. The location is safe, clean and well decorated in a mixed-use apartment building.

Since there is an ongoing crackdown and regardless of price this is by far my favorite massage (and / or HJ) place in Beijing, I won't publish their info here. Just PM me for more info. They actually have another shop in the Chaoyangmen area but this is the one I always go to.

FS and other extras are available from some of the girls during outcall. Outcall is available 24 hours for most areas inside 4th ring road.
