I attended Bernd's yesterday for the very first time. I took the train to the Hennef (Seig) station. The taxi stand is right at the top of the stairs as you exit the station. While my German is pretty limited I showed the driver the address and name of Bernd's on my phone. He indicated his understanding with a knowing smile and away we went. On the website of Bernds there is an English fact sheet stating it's a 7 minute drive with a car (taxi).

This is also giving directions for getting to them by car.

But I also see that you will break your ICE train journey, the one thing I don't know if the ICE stops at Hennef or that you'll have to get onto another train to get to Hennef from Bonn or Cologne. If that is the case it will take another half to full hour to get to Hennef.
