To be honest it sounds like you enjoyed all the fruits of the service so you're in a weaker position than if you'd not gone through the door and highly unlikely to get any cash back. However be reasonable with the agency and ask for a half price booking next time with someone clearly as young as they say. They probably won't do half price but you should get 50 pounds off if they're a reputable agency. Rather than spending 200 bucks flying elsewhere, and spending all that time in airports, simply hop on the train north to Manchester. There are good parlours there where it's 65 quid for an hour, and the train fare if booked in advance should only be about 70-80 quid even without discount. Regarding girls in hotels, I stayed in a cheap (3*) hotel in South kensington last year and had 5 girls visit me for an hour over my two day stay.
