I went to Dallas a few weeks ago and it was a total disaster. The SP, and I'm using the term very loosely, was old (50+) with an attitude and no service quality. IPC isn't too far from the Itaewon dubwsy stations, about midway between them, and almost zcross the street from the back of the outdoor stairs to the top of Hooker Hill. Haven't been inside, but a former friend reported the rooms as do-so. Another possibility in the 'ville is the D'Oro. Its oser to the main Itaewon subway station and right across the street from the main entrance to Hooker Hill. Rooms are quite nice, cheaper than IPC and it's girl-friendly (it's a glorified love hotel, but not having hot sheet turn-over, so perfectly quiet, etc.
