In 99% of the cases it will work, but in some cases. Depending also on circumstances. It might not work.

I don't carry my passport on me when out and about. I used to carry a photo copy but have not done so for years.

Non HK residents do not have to but are advised to carry their passport. If not, normally nothing happens, but if they are in doubt they may follow you to the hotel to take a look.

I believe a copy together with a copy of the entry slip should much more often that not suffice.

HK residents are legally required to carry their HKID at all times and may get fined.

It is confirmed that regular ladies (not tourists) who visit Escape must have a photo taken that stays on record. This should not affect the tourists if they can get pass all the other rules, but may mean a few local ladies will go to other bars.

I know that the guys always like to find ways to make a dollar. I believe that Filipina's are visiting Macau in greater numbers, because its easy to get a visa. Some employ managing agents who organise airfares, shared accommodation and a two month visa. And it only costs 25K. Someone is making good money.

There's more in CWB than just the Fuji Building. There's Phoenix Bldg which is half way between Times Square and Lee Garden. Today saw Miko on 5 / F apt I5.
