Ripped off 100% ripped off.

I have been to Tijuana only twice. Once I had a girl at Adelitas. The second time at Hong Kong bar. I paid $100 both times.

Each girl told me that $100 is the standard price for 30 minutes.

I wonder if I'm getting ripped off or if you guys are just good negotiators. I tried to bargain with several girls at both bars but they got up and walked away. Everyone stuck to $100.

Hmm. I from USA Signor so no Pesos, dollas only. I have been to Zona few time after my first visit (FR) and none of the decent chicas came down below 60hh or 120 full hour. The so called 9-10s asked for 100 for hh which I turned down. Anywho Tijuana rocks!

There are at least 4 money changing booths on the way into Tijuana. Get your pesos there. 600. 700 pesos is 47. 55 at recent exchange rates. An hour is never double the half hour price. About 50% more is a good rule of thumb. Send them packing if they won't budge.

If you live in DF you're barking up the wrong tree by posting in the Tijuana thread. The market in Tijuana is different than that of DF.

If you want to meet foreigners you'll need to relocate to Tijuana or someplace that foreigners frequent. Other options might be Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun.

Advertise on Craigslist or another Internet forum. Post ads in English if you want gringos, Spanish if you want more local customers.

Charge what the market will bear. That will vary from place to place.

If you were born in the USA then just bring your drivers license and you will be ok.

I am just curious, has any of you regular Mexico travelers had to renew a passport before? Mine expired and I just sent in an application to renew it for a new passport card this time. How long in the past has it taken for you to get your new renewal passports? I kind of want to go to Tijuana in January and I am hoping it is back in time.
