These sister shops are all in Dotonbori. They are hotel healths and it may be a challenge without basic Japanese skills. It is going to depend on the tencho and whether or not a lady is available to service you. It won't hurt to try but you need to be thick-skinned and be ready to be turned down. Hotel healths go to local hotels and the room quality varies greatly. The problem with no language skills is you won't be able to communicate about this. You may be put into a sub-par, small room which is nothing more than a booth, or you may get a nice room with nice bed and bath. You could hit the jackpot and find a tencho who speaks a little English and there is a lady there willing to go with you, but don't expect much before you try.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but soapy body 2 body available at Club Amour, no FS though, see my post in December 2013 a couple of pages back for experience description, and some pages prior, you can find very precise directions to this place, which is basically just north of famous Dotombori bridge in Shinsaibashi (just north of Namba) , and after crossing bridge going north, go west 3 blocks or so (past Spotaka building, may actually be one block further north).

I think the total was 8999, with 1000 for choosing. 7999 special for 60 is on the website. This includes the hotel.

Basically, you pay, wait in the small room and when the lady is ready you walk down the stairs and go to the hotel. She filled the tub, scrubbed and dried off and proceeded to the bed. Usual small talk and then she proceeded to get to work. She does DFK but I'm not too thrilled about that during the winter when all of these cold and flu bugs are going around. I guess if that's your thing then you can ask for it.

In my experience with this place and prior when it was Frejia, the skill and performance is not like a soap or full-blown fashion health. It is more like amateur housewives working very hard to make a living. This is a bargain-basement place and the price reflects it. They don't get the best or highest skilled ladies. The place down the hall on the same floor does but it is not gaijin-friendly at all and a whole lot more expensive (14000 or something like that for 40 minutes) , if I recall. I've used them but the younger professional ladies are just not my thing, too mechanical, too professional and not very much in the personality department, if you get my drift.

Visited Tsumaten last week. This place is well reported here. Whity exit from Umeda Station. It is a reliable gaijin-friendly (basic Japanese absolutely required) hotel-health housewife places. I picked Yuzu. 38, bigger gut than I expected but no problem for me, speaks no English, very friendly, OK face but basically a housewife who looks like a housewife and gives good BBJCIM. She asked me what I wanted to do and I told her FS was not necessary, BBBJ and she seemed relieved. CIM was a bonus and she didn't run to the sink to rinse out right after, either. I don't know if FS is available with the 60-minute course or not. Never tried, never asked and didn't need it. If I want FS I go to Tennoji.

That said, the hotel was decent, a real hotel, not one of those basic rooms, either. Nice size, very clean, nice bath, comfortable bed, etc. One word of warning, you will get an older, plain looking lady here, she will not be stunningly cute or dress really nice, either. This is a housewife place and they all dress the part in my experience so don't expect a stunner or diva. You will get what you pay for. I happen to like those kind of ladies. They are not girl next door, either. They are more like girl next door's mother. They will have one or many of the usual flaws: overweight, slightly smelly, homely, scars, matronly clothes, bad teeth, bad hair, etc. But one thing I have not experienced is bad service. Always got BBBJ, occasional CIM, usually not.

Have never negotiated myself, but we've seen Japanese people stand in the doorway talking, so I'd assume they are haggling. When I've gone, and it's slow, the mama will usually drop the price, without even me asking. Just sitting there contemplating, and she lowered it. This happened at 3 places so far.
