Was in Puerto Plata towards the end of last year. Had a good trip. Some stand out chicas were Audi (some of the best head I've ever had) ; Flor (top notch GFE) ; Julissa (tight bodied spinner) ; and Ambar (fabulous body). Am returning to Sosua March 14 for 10 days.

I'm sure there's no official "Medical Tourism Agency of Colombia", but still:

Seriously, why not? A big and respectable dollar earner for the country.

I guess what I should have stated, as an opinion, was that plastic surgery (for cosmetic purposes) represents something yucky to me. I know people who travel to northern Mexico for same said reasons. And BTW, people in SE asia are also big-time into changing of self: skin-whitening and colored contact lenses. Its quite an oddity for me, that I travel to mexico or asia to find women who are very different than those where I live; and at the same time those women want to change themselves (some want to look like the girl who lives next door to me -- whom I don't want).
