Just walk from through this street slowly and eyes opened. There is, right hand side, after a building site a corner building. At the east side of West Yan'an Road Station you'll find a very dark street called Zhaohua Road. Here the Chinese people live and work. You won't find any tourists here. But you will find, at the western side of the street, some hidden barber shops, with girls sitting and waiting for customers. The price is about 200rmb. The area and the rooms are dark and not very clean. But for a quick job, it's a bargain, I guess.
