Please imagine there are many units for sale in Buri kalifa. The tallest building. Cause even reach owners are tired for the crazy high maintenance fees.

For me the best is to go to Dubai with some girlfriends from Ukraine. Streight from there. Might be bit hard to get a visa for them but you ll enjoy a lot.

You should only invest in property here if you have a housing allowance and can use it to pay the mortgage. Putting your own money down is risky. Yes, also lack of knowledge about the ethinicity of countries where you are going for work or just as tourist can create havoc. Once in pre US invasion days in north east of Iraq someone from us called a Kurdish guy an Arab.Kurdish people are ethinically connected to persians and speaks completely different language. This Kurdish guy was so angry that he would have shot our friend if he had AK-47 in hand! This is my second time visit to Dubai, after having wonderful encounters in the first trip. I always go for variety. I tried few Arab ethnic like Turkish and some CIS. But, this time looking for some more Arab girl encounters. I did my home work, went through the previous post and tried the bars recommended. PRC are much more aggressive in theuir approach than Korean and Taiwanese. Taiwanese are also more educated in my opinion as more travelled. Koreans you will recognise of course at the language they speak, very different from Chinese even from the sound.

I asked the same question about three months ago and unfortunately the responses were disappointing. The girls that advertise as Japanese on places like Massage Republic are almost certainly PRC or Taiwanese. A few senior members reported about a karaoke bar in Deira where there might be Japanese girls that were asking 2 K, but no confirmations were made. Joe reported on another karaoke bar in Bur Dubai but not sure if he has ventured in yet or not. That might be a possibility but it appears to have fairly strict entrance guidelines.

Unfortunately I think you will be out of luck with this search. I also wanted to check a Japanese girl of my list of conquests. However, I have concluded that if there are any Japanese or Korean girls they will likely only be in Dubai to service Japanese and Korean businessmen. Otherwise the Asian market is mostly PRC and Fili with a smaller amount of other South Asian.
