There are many many many such things as freebies. Been there and done it 100 times.

Although a newbie to ISG, I have had some experience with PI.

I first visited PI in 1976 after working 2 years in Tokyo. A colleague there invited me to stay at his home in Manila (I was surprised that the family spoke Spanish at the dinner table!).

I have visited a number of times since then, including working in Manila for a total of 4 1/2 years over 2 separate contracts (I have also spent more than 25 years in Asia and Melanesia over the past 40 years).

By the way I currently work in Shenzhen, China, so no need to visit China (LOL). But I like to get away from China on occasions, and PI is only a short hop from Hong Kong. I have previously visited Manila to meet SYTs encountered on PL and FC. This time I thought I would try Cebu.

Well, maybe "being hunted" is a bit of an exaggeration, and of course those FLs that approached me (many times) wanted payment; as much as they could extract. They were definitely not freebies and definitely not bakla. I did not partake, although I negotiated a few times.

No, dating site girls are lot cheaper than P4 P in Cebu. I visited rarely P4 P places but their charge was way high.

There are plenty of " Normal" girls can be had. IMHO they are sweet and caring.

Things have changed a lot since your last visit. Ayala has expanded and the terraces section is right next to the Marriot, so instead of 100 m it's only a few steps and you're inside the mall. I highly doubt your 'stories' of being hunted by FL's, unless of course they follow you and with a deep voice say "pssst pssst hey handsum" LOL. That would explain a lot.

You claim you don't like to be approached, yet enjoy freebies. Well these days when a pickup girl approaches you she expects at least a blue note for ST. I think you better stay in China mate. I used to stay at the Marriott. But I did not particularly enjoy the scene at Ayala Mall. Even just walking the less than 100 m to the Mall, I would be accosted by (older) girls sitting on the low branches of the smaller trees. Very aggressive, and would grab you if you came close.

Inside the Mall, young girls (usually in pairs, and sometimes very young) would come up and ask "Can I come home with you?".

I can't comment on Thai girls or Thailand as I've never been there. I can only give some info about Cebu and the many bi-girls there. As most readers here know, I have a penchant for 3somes and I too really like it when the girls are into each other as well as into me. I have had plenty of "fakers", girls who say they're bi or lesbian, only to find out later that they're not really into eating pussy. And it does take a bit of effort to screen them out (although some can still be fun).

Hate to burst your bubble, but as far as Cebu City or the main island of Cebu is concerned you won't find exactly what you're looking for; plenty of bi girls to be found (it takes a bit of work, but they're there) , but no white sand beaches teaming with horny bi-sexual or bi-curious girls.

If you want a nice beach your options are very limited as there are none within a short ride (day trip) from the city. There are some public beaches, but they tend to be brown sand, somewhat dirty and the water, though clean, is more of a mud flat until you hit deeper water (you didn't say if you just want a beach to lie on or to swim / snorkel / dive).

The few nicer beaches tend to be well away from the city, like up past Catmon (Alegre Resort & Spa) , at Malapascua (see thread "Other Areas", May 4, 2013 for some discussion about it) , or down towards Alcoy / Oslob; either that you have to go over to Bohol (Panglao Island). Even over in Moalboal, no nice beaches per say. Only beach areas there are private ones attached to the various resorts and most are quite small (ranging from about 20 to 50 meters long). Although the sand is white it tends to be studded with broken coral / sea shells and sharp rocks; so if you do go bring a pair of surf shoes. Also, it's a BYOG place, I did notice a couple of FL's wandering around, but its hit and miss; and I wouldn't count on finding a bi-girl simply wandering around there. Of course you may get lucky, but I wouldn't bet on it. Even pre-arranging via a dating site could be tough. Other then scuba diving (which is great) , swimming and relaxing, there's not much else to do there (the same applies to Alcoy too). There's a small strip of bars and restos (most offer fresh caught seafood that is terrific and reasonably priced) , but they tend to be filled with tourists, mostly older couples, who are there to dive.

The closet you'll come to what you seek would be the man made beaches attached to a few of the resorts on Mactan Island, which tend to be expensive (you make no mention of your budget) , but you may have some problems getting regular girls from the city to visit there (even though it's only about a 30-60 minute ride, depending on traffic & on what side of the city they live, they think it's the other end of the world, LOL). The few bi P4P girls who can be found on CL would probably make the trip, but you'd have to factor in an extra 500-750p or so for a taxi (round trip) ; with one exception I know who lives on Mactan (I'll PM you about her if you do decide to go to Cebu).

Frankly speaking I don't think you'll find anywhere in the Phils that meets your exact criteria, namely surf, sand and plentiful bi-sexual pussy. The only exception might be Puerto Galera / Sabang Beach or perhaps Boracay, but I haven't been to either yet and can't describe the beaches; one long beach studded with resorts or the same as Moalboal, resorts with small private beaches?

There is the possibility of a typhoon hitting Cebu City on Tuesday or Wednesday. Tropical Depression 05W, nicknamed "Domeng" by PAGASA will most likely bring some wind and heavy rain to the Visayas. The rain is needed as the hot and dry summer season is here.

Currently there is no real concern about serious damage, but you never know. A summer typhoon forming and hitting the Philippines is rare. If someone plans to take a flight or ferry this week, best to keep a watchful eye on things.
