After many trips to eastern Europe, most of them Ukraine I am looking for something different.

Now I see a lot discussion about so called termas and ST prices.

I am for most part just interested in LT with chikas (a night, day, two days or soo.) I am not a bad looking gringo, with some cash to burn.

Yes there are. My best tip to you is not to go for the first / best deal-ease back. Brazilian women are very open to LT and you will not have to spend anywhere near are $1000.

What would make a difference is learning basic Portuguese. Not required, but it will make her more comfortable especially if you want to hang out or take her to dinner. It also will help with the interview process. You also could go with her ST and extend or ask her about another time LT. If these girls like you (or they think you are potentially marriage material.
