Hi all,

I am in Sao for a few weeks (Greek coming from Moscow).

Anybody know some good places for normal pickups or anyone want to hunt together? I have stayed mostly near the Sao Bento metro area.

Could you tell me any good GF friendly hotels on Av. Paulista? And any good, safe venues nearby? I will be visiting in late August, but am a bit put off by all the safety reports that my business partners in Sampa keep telling me about. Would also be great to have a local padrinho around (know very little Portuguesa as I spent some time in Goa, which used to be a Portuguese colony).
