I believe where you describe is known to us old timers as Seibu BBS. Is the Seibu Department Store still there on the corner? It has been awhile since I have mongered there but I do remember the area with fond memories. In the day, it used to be wide open with girls hanging out of the shops. Last time I was there, most of the shops were closed but there were plenty of touts around selling their wares albeit at higher prices to include their margin. Is it worth a visit now? What would you consider the cheapest time of the day? Afternoon?

I have been just offered 1.000 for 2 hours and 1.500 for the night from a Philipina advertising on Craigslist.

On average I think that weekdays / evenings are the best times to negotiate the lowest prices. Other variables include whether or not there is a crackdown in progress and the proximity of national holidays.

WRT to time of day, afternoon / early evening seems ok. Between 8:00 pm - 12:00 pm is sometimes OK. Often very quiet because of LE activity. I have no experience after midnight as I am usually in bed buy that time (with company of course). I have even walked through Luohu Cun at 8:30 in the morning, and seen touts still offering girls!

I very strongly recommend against going to apartments by yourself Could be dangerous to your health. Girls generally live elsewhere.

I do recommend getting phone numbers of girls and contacting them by SMS or Weixin.

Where is this Xiang Xi Cun? I know you posted directions and photos, but I can't seem to find that post.

Use Google maps to locate Panglin Hotel. However, be aware it is notoriously inaccurate and confusing, and you are just as likely to find that parts of Luohu are in HK, or at least in the middle of the mud pool separating the two. Or, you can try and follow my directions below for travel via subway or taxi.

Subway

Go to Guomao MTR and exit to Jiabin Rd via Exit be. If you can see a rail overpass (and Petrel Hotel), you are facing the wrong way. Walk 2 blocks (east) along Jiabin Rd until you reach the Panglin Hotel. It is a distinctive landmark (see a photo below taken from apartments next to Perthden Hotel / Shenzhen station).

Taxi

Ask taxi driver to take you to the Panglin Hotel.

Luóhú, Jiābīn Lù, Péngnián Jiǔdiàn

If he is still totally confused after your pathetic attempts at pronunciation (LOL), try saying:

Yáng Guāng Jiǔdiàn (Sunshine Hotel. On the same intersection as Panglin).

Eventually he will understand you!!

You could try and get hotel reception to write address for you, or print this out:

I can confirm the pricing. They are fairly typical Luohu starting prices quoted to foreigners, maybe 100 more than I used to be offered (but the Mamasans could tell I was not a newbie, and many had seen me before). Price negotiations are expected.

Depending upon the time of day, demand and supply, and negotiating skills etc, the price for take-out to hotel should be able to be negotiated to between 200 to 400 RMB.

I would suggest that LT is negotiated directly with the girl. Pricing often depends on the expectations of the girl to win further ST business that night. I don't think that many WGs from that area ever get taken LT. The business is oriented towards ST only.

BTW, in my experience, the Shangri La does not mind well-dressed WGs entering the hotel, but does not like lesser-dressed WGs from the nearby apartments coming and going. They may stop the girl entering. A girl at reception told me this when I was chatting to her.

So I finally got back to SZ after a few years and things have changed, the old places I knew and contacts have all gone, but thankfully replaced by some fun new ones.

I was staying in LaoHu and in the evenings this place really comes to life, from the sea food street down past the Sunshine Hotel has a lot of action. Lots of good looking women standing around touting for action. They are aged from the mid 20's to the late 30's but are all very well presented. They start at 500 but you can get them for 200 in your room for a single shot.

The apartments behind the Shangrila hotel, as mentioned by Magimbe is teeming with action, you don't even have to walk into the alley before you get accosted. But here the talent is very hit and miss. As are the prices. I've been quoted 800 and agreed on 150, until I saw the fat old women working there, so walked out. The other two times were better, with hot 20 somethings. Though one was 180 and the other 200. The quality does vary, and don't be afraid to say no and walk out if you don't like what you see.

Finally the massage parlours, the one I used to go do was good, clean and very discreet. Nothing was on offer but a very good massage, but you could, with the right woman get a little extra. Now it has all changed, I was explicitly asked if I wanted a BJ or a hand job. BJ was 298 and the HJ was 268. I don't think there was a legit option. I chose a short, pert late 20's woman with fantastic arse and tits. And though the massage was initially short, and she jumped right onto the HJ, which became a tit wank, she did finish off the massage after I had shot my load. Excellent post! Great to know the action is coming back. Forget about the 600 and 900 offers. Usually the managers just tell you anything to get you to pay. If you paid the 900 the girl would still be ready to leave after two hours or after you cum. Which ever comes first. 150 is excellent deal for short time. I usually pay 200 short time. 100 for manager and 100 for the girl. If the girl is not living in the managers home. I get her apartment number and just pick her up the next time I want to see her and only pay 100. You need to be able to speak Mandarin to pull that off though.

Before getting back to the hotel I went on the esplanade in front of the Railway station (between LoWu and the Shangri-La) and was approached by more women offering girls.
