Truth is, there's no disrespect meant, because I am as old and older than most of them. I could be that guy. Like you I'm in pretty good shape for my age and my mind set is years younger. In fact my first trip 5 years ago was something of a last stand at the Alamo. I told my brother that I may not be able to do it if I didn't do it now. He Laughed then and certainly laughs now.

I got a new life down there, thanks in large part to the GF. At this rate I'll be rolling for another 20 years, god willing. Like you I arrange to get a little time to myself to check things out, but two days is always enough.

The sex is good, but there's more to my life than just fucking. I can't get out of bed the morning without good coffee, and she always has it there with a smile, wherever we are, no matter how early it is. I travel lite, and my stuff is laudered and on my bed as if by magic. Little things.

I am no different than any of you. I have been mongering since the late 70's. It started in Korea and now it is ending in the Dominican Republic. I saw my end coming a few years ago, and prepared for it. I met my friend in Higuey back in 2006. I had just turned 50 and was still running the game from Punta Cana to Sosua. Excellent! Good for you. In Sosua, what I would find pathetic or sad is 60 year old overweight man walking all by him lonesome self. One's age or even physical shape should not prevent a person from lust / love for a young thing.

I cannot speak for others, but this is my attitude to passing on phone numbers to strangers:

I would not recommend any chica whom I was not 95% sure was honest, would give value for money service, and no trouble.

Such chicas are rare and I would consider them more or less "friends". And I am not going to entrust any friend of mine to a complete stranger who might ill-treat her or cheat her. We have plenty of posters on here who admit to ill-treating chicas. Some even boast about it.

And even though the chances of that happening are small, how do I know the chica I recommend is to that guy's taste? Members proudly post pictures of "conquests" here who I would not fuck if they paid me. And no doubt the reverse would be true. We all have very different tastes.

In past years I have recommended chicas, but often it did not turn out well. Either the guy complained afterwards or the chica did, even though I would have been with the chica many times very satisfactorily previously. Why should I have to hear those complaints when I was only trying to help?

Even ex-pats and very experienced visitors probably strike out 5% to 10% of the time (though not all admit to it).

The best help anyone can give you is to persuade you to read up here and on other boards so you learn to recognize some of the more common pitfalls. There is plenty of sound practical advice posted, though it takes time to dig it out. One bit of advice I would give you here. Do NOT ask local men to find you chicas or accept their help in doing so. They will find you nothing you cannot find yourself and will just scam you (or possibly a lot worse if you go off the beaten track with them).

I do believe in "bro's before ho's" but no-one here is my "bro" until I have known them at least a year and even then some diappoint me.

I am in love with the DR variety. Its culture say is ok for a 60 year man to be with a 20 chica. Even if its just business.
