So amusingly this appears to be the most active forum for expats in Bangladesh anywhere on the internet. I have been a long time monger and reporter of my activities over on the Vietnam pages and was hoping that someone would be prepared to help me out.

I will be moving to Bangladesh shortly to work for a couple of years. I'll be a few hours driving outside of Dhaka. I look forward to experiencing the scene in Bangladesh having read all of the posts in this forum to get the lay of the land. I hope to have plenty of reports to post here in the future.

In the mean time, I'm hoping that someone who has lived here for a while would be prepared to let me PM them with some boring run-of-the-mill type questions about living and working in the country, things to pack versus what I can source locally etc. Most of these questions will be non-monger related as I think I have enough info to figure the rest out the old fashioned way.

Is BDT 10 k par for course at pan pacific? I thought Bangladesh was more economical?

I was visiting Dhaka for first time last June and was staying at Pan Pacific. Thanks to the Board, I was aware of what is going at the bar. It was World Cup going on and watching the games and girls in the same time was fun as the band was pathetic.

Several girls around, going around tables and waiting for signs. The first night, I was just watching the action around tables and left without taking away. The next night I went prepared mentally and started interviewing process. Finally, came a nice girl and settled on 10 k after very brief negotiating. I think they can go down but I just didn't want to haggle to get good service. You are right; I would expect lower prices in bangladesh taking the salary levels there.

Service however was very good. Everything was on offer. Deep DFK and very GFE. Her English was not bad and she tried hard to please.

The normal procedure of going to reception and register her as a guest. No questions asked by security.

And here's what I got after a bit of negotiation, at BDT 8 k.

It was supposed to be for 2 hours plus and 2 shots. It took one hour and, an almost in tears girl, for me to blow my load once. She tried gamely to make me cum again through a rookie BBBJ but did not succeed despite my guidance.

Overall a average session. The one part I liked was that she satisfied the voyeur in me to some extent by walking around and posing naked, and fucking me in the loo in front of the mirrors.

Not sure what the going rate is, but for USD 100, it was an average experience.

One generally finds the same crowd every evening, the ladies are friendly and don't mind you being a butterfly. The lady from yesterday sat and chatted with me and positively encouraged me to try somebody else.
