It does raise red flags and it doesn't. Never been to your specific place but I'm also goin to Bogota soon and I've been trying to make some arrangements in advance. It's very difficult. I think it's a cultural thing and an adult industry thing. No escort agency will pre-book more than 1 day in advance and they require you to be in town and checked in to your place before making a booking. Half of the email addresses on websites are just for show, from my experience no one actually monitors them. Few have any regard for issues related to planning, convenience, logistics or scheduling. Unlike in other countries and cities, the agencies in Bogota don't really seem interested in customer satisfaction, repeat business, or developing a good reputation. There are a few exceptions that I've found and in fairness to the others, some of their customers are probably pretty shady and there is a need for security. But everyone, even the legit places, don't want to give out too much information, some want deposits by western union and they don't understand the thousands of warnings westerners get in everyday life not to do that. My advice, make sure you are talking to the right people-get a reference, don't trust anyone with anything you don't want to lose, and give out as little personal info. As possible, take an independent driver and always be thinking about personal security. Maybe call around to 1 or 2 other places and see if they are willing to provide an address. If so, then you know it's a definite red flag.

If by high class you mean way over priced then yes El Padrino. There are better choices in Zona T in my humble opinion.

High class? Don' think so. Rosa club is nearly at the same level as solitas para ti, and niisha. With those agencies you are paying for 60 minutes / 75 minutes of GFE (rates 140 K to 220 K). There are agencies (and independents) with much higher fees than that. Again, is what you are looking for and how much you are willing to pay. If you are looking for a quick, all covered nut then yes, I would say they are "high class" (or HDH)' but they are not in my opinion.

Just a caution to all who go to Santa Fe, and decide to take a taxi back home or to your hotel. A lot of taxi drivers are working in cohoots with muggers, and there has been a spike in the past few weeks of taxi drivers.

Collecting people from Santa Fe, going 4 blocks, and than acting as the taxi is getting robbed. It may cost more, but hire a taxi for the evening, or when a taxi drops you off at Santa Fe, get him to wait for you. May cost a.

I've been going to the Sante Fe area for years and never had any problems (and I'm asian and stick out like a sour thumb. I have yet to see a gringo in Santa Fe! I will say, don't get the taxis out front. They always try to rip you off. Try to hail a passing cab. Also, you can use the various taxi apps which are a bit more secure because they are tracked. Also, if you find a taxi driver you like. Get his number and call him when you need a taxi.

Sounds like you are referring to the mezzanines Kr15 - calle 103. Cross corner from the Dan Carlton Hotel, on the second floor there are 4-6 massage places. You can go from one to the other to check out the girls and stay (or go back) on the one you like. Rates depends on the service level (HJ, oral, full service) if I recall correctly from about 40 K to 80-100 k. If the girl you pick gives you good service, ask her for her cell#. Pretty good chance she will meet you on the outside. Been there done that.

The place does not have a name. Think of it as a strip mall on the second floor. When you walk up the stairs you will see a little concession stand (beer, drinks, snacks). You can go to the left and around (2-3 places that way) or to the right (2 places I believe) my fav is the one at the end. Places are only identified with a # on the door. Just walk in. It will be obvious if you are in the right places as the girls are sitting by the door. All operate the same way, you will be welcomed, taken to one of the rooms, get a presentation of the girls and an explanation of the menu. Then you tell them which girl and voila. 10am to 8-9 pm.
