They told me there is another place located in Catarina somewhere but I could only imagine how local that place it. Maybe I will try and hunt that joint down but I am not a big fan of these sorts of clubs. Too many dudes and too loud music but the chicas are always the draw.

This place is wonderful but $70 is a lot but if you like the "covergirl" look and nice service, it is worth it now and then.

There are always some pretty solid street walkers on 10 calle suroeste a block east of Mansion Teodolinda. Thats maybe half black west of Avenida Bolivar and near Spa-Sobell.

I was looking for that place, but for some reason couldn't see it. There is a burnt down place that now is a door manufacturing business where this would be on the map, perhaps it is gone or was set on fire? (your maps are fantastic BTW even though the city is volatile to change). We should have monger awards and nominate you).

I did do what a previous poster "suggested" and that was to BUMBLE around. It's amazing, if I have plan and follow directions I miss everything. If I give up and start bumbling around there is fun to be found! I almost couldn't find Almendro from the map. Walked around for a long time looking for it. Then finally I gave up and started walking around totally aimlessly. Lo and behold it showed up on my right hand side!! Then walked around aimlessly with no direction and somehow made it home! Maybe I'll do the same in the Morena neighborhood and see if it magically shows up. Bumbling with no plan seems to somehow work better than picking a destination and trying to find it. Also, a cab driver told me Lorena's is no more. He might have just been talking out of his ass though.

Anyone else experience that strange slow-grinding-thing Nicas do during sex? It's not bad per se but is awkward and breaks the rhythm. I've run across it multiple time now. I went to Nicaragua for 8 days. Not knowing much Spanish I was still able to bumble my way around the city and clubs.

If looking at the map for Lorena's let's say you're heading north on "19," take a quick right on "6" it should be on your left correct? The only place that resembled the one in the pic, a tennage kid answered the door and he had no idea what I was talking about. There is a Lorena's karaoke bar on the corner, if that's a coincidence.

OK. When I drive around close to the oriental market, there always seems to be lots of potential action but it all looks so hard, trashy, sketchy and rough and never reported on this board which is an indication that no one who goes over there during the day are the type of folks who can post their exploits on the internet. Not a critique other than to say the SW thing in the day is not very active here in areas where you could find quality and safety.

I hate the late night timing of things, but there are GREAT pickings in the Bello Horizonte area at night.
