You can look to sex. Cz or zlobiveholky. Cz. They have list of privates with working google map. Or you can search by location. I vote for establishments. For me its better. But you should know what you like better.

Some of establishments offer taxi services with better price, just look to their websites. But you can travel with metro too. The best privates are close to Prague 1.

While visiting Prague alone I wanted some good company and, reading a couple of good reviews here about Wendy Moon I decided to meet her. In the good old days, before I lived in Prague, when I visited I liked to go to the night clubs, because even though they were more expensive than the privates, they were more relaxing. I could sit, take a drink and socialize with several women, before deciding whom to choose. That way, I could base my choice on personal chemistry rather than just looks and I could spend several hours there, so it was a more enjoyable experience. Since then many of my favorite night clubs have closed, but also now that I live here and have a wife and child, it is hard to go out at night, so I mostly visit privates. However, yesterday I was alone, so I took advantage of this chance. First I visited Sweet Paradise. There were several women there, who were very attractive, but it turned me off that ALL 12 of them smoked! That also meant the club was very smelly. Thus, after finishing my Becherovka, I went to the AAA Exclusive club for the first time in my life. It was a completely different world! There were several customers there. I took with me the coupon for free entry and a free drink (which was limited to beer, wine or non-alcoholic). It was not as cozy as the old clubs used to be, where I could just walk in and sit next to the girls and start a conversation. Instead, I was told to sit next to the stage. But still it was nice to sip on the wine, watch the girls dance (often two at a time) and look at the other girls. They also introduced themselves in two groups. I counted 10 girls there, but I think there were also some upstairs with customers. I only saw two of them smoking and they only smoked for short periods, so the air was much better. It was hard to choose at first, because most of them were attractive, but none knockouts, so there was no clear winner.
