I am in Kiev at the moment and I can tell you that there is absolutely NO prostitute walking on Khreshatik because it's way to cold outside. I was in Ukraine in October on business for couple weeks, As you all know situation has worsened in Ukraine. Rental prices are down in Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk and Kiev.

I was busy in Dnepr but Odessa and Kiev were hopping. All nights (9-12 hrs range) in the low 200 $ range in Kiev and 150 $ range in Odessa. Top modal, relaxportal, mamba, McDonalds at night, Deribasovskaya, Kreshchatyk.

I am not looking for 9-10.6-7 good for me, although I did get occasional 8.

Well in Kiev, renting an apartment is surely higher than in Dnepropetrovsk. You are right. Everything is cheaper outside from the capital. I used to stay in Kharkiv and Dnepropetrovsk and everything was cheaper. I have to be in Kiev now, but maybe for a next trip, I will definitely select Kharkiv or Dnepropetrovsk.

Depends on, what you want. As I lived a couple of years in RF and UA (Peter and Odessa), I can say:

-. Girls in UA are easier to get.
- UA is cheaper, compared to RF.
- Peter is best in case you also want cultural events (concert, opera, museums etc.) (Lived there several years, great city, terrible weather).
- Moscow is best, in case you have $$ to spend for real models.

All in all, for April / May / June, and a "Beginner", I would suggest Kiev, as a good compromise, as you might enjoy open air cafes already, too.

I agree. That is why I have not been back to Kiev in over a year, just not worth the hassle. For guys that need to go there for work / business it might be decent but I would not go there just for the women.

I second that. In the last ten years, the chemistry towards meeting foreigners has been on a straight decline and the top talent is either crazy expensive or just not accessible.

In my opinion, Kiev, and the whole of Ukraine, is no longer an option for a sensible punter.

The girls get more greedy with the currency inflating, so I will not have the benefit of higher rate for Euro. From reports these last few months, the girls in the strip clubs obviously are no longer top model girls. The reason is obvious: they follow the money to Moscow or even Warsaw, or wherever possible. Some of my former contacts in Kiev have been writing me from Italy, Paris and St. Petersburg, trying to lure me there, instead of going to Kiev.

I am tempted, because of lower travelling expenses, and then I don't have to fear the political (and military) instability in Kiev. In one week situation may change drastically and a westerner might have to bribe his way home again.
