I would not pay her the other 1000 pesos. That is $22, more or less, not $12.50 as you calculates. Regardless, I considered it the principle of the matter. She spoke good English though I agree a lot of girls only pretend they speak English. 7 to 8 PM is way too early. Not really going to find anything. On top of that, you run the risk of talking to regular people. Most of the pro's come in after 9 PM, peaking at about 11 PM. That's too early for Havana. I think 10 pm is the earliest, I'd go. I think both LA Cafe and Havana are not for sure things that you'd get a looker.
