You should head to 49 ers, and Royal Meridien, if you go to Royal, head there at midnight, it's usually around when things start picking up there. I think I'm going to head there tonight just to check the scene out. You should also try outside Howard Johnson Hotel and the parking area, from like 2-4 am, lot's of Africans out and about at that time, including one very busty one named Amina who claims to be from South Africa.
