I'm not 100 % sure but I believe it is because of the local law. Prostitution is somehow an illegal activity so these sites are operating as a so called sex-partner-finder. This way the sites can say it is not about to help the girls running a business, but to help people finding each other. This is also a reason why anything related to prices (even numbers) going to be deleted / censored in a review. Many users instead using words like gift, flowers, etc.

Also a good example to this theory that I can never give the money like handing it over to a girl. For most girls in Budapest the regular price is 15000-20000 Ft which is 50-65 Euro. That, as you said is basic price.

Now, some girls charge extra for almost everything, COF, CIM, kiss, anal, while some include most of this in basic price. Anal is almost always charged as an extra, it's 4000 Ft-7000 Ft.

The greedy ones charge 25000-30000 Ft / 1 HR. Luckily, they are minority.
