1. Yes. A good number are darker skinned, but you will find lighter skinned chicas here and there. In the nearly two years I've been going to Sosua, I would say I have had half darker skinned and half light skinned. The city of Santiago has a lot of light skinned chicas, but I have not had many issues finding light skinned in Sosua. Especially if you are looking for ones that are similar to Rihanna's skin color. 1. yes, you can find a lot of light skinned chicas in sosua. That will not be a problem.
