It's fairly obvious from the website that the girls that have 'VIP' next to their names are the ones who have some additional uncensored photos, which you can only view if you log in via a box under the photos using a password provided by the club on one of your visits.

In fact it states this clearly on the website "Our guests have access to a show area of this website, with our Girls completely uncensored, sexy and horny. Enter the password for our hardcore images. The password you get at your next visit with us".

Even if you can't translate the German it is obvious that the only the girls with VIP next to their names are the ones which have some photos which are blurred out.

This is probably managed this way to ensure that the viewers of these photos are only customers. The club probably thinks that customers are likely to handle these photos more responsibly than casual web browsers.
