New member, but have browsed these forums for a while. Have a few Taiwanese friends who have shown me their spots, I'll try to summarize the places I know in Taipei.

1. Caesars- written at length. 4200 ntd for full service, the girls range from eh to decent. At least the rooms are always dark and the girls rim. Not much new to say.

2. Minquan Blue- also covered at length. 1500 ntd for oil massage, maximum 500 ntd extra for HJ. Only a few girls will blow, typically for 800-1000 ntd extra. I found a nice girl there that won't BJ, but will FS for 1000 ntd extra. I think 11 is one of the hotter ones, but she's kind of stuck up.

Well my friend I must say service these days has been hit or miss and prices have at least doubled for good ladies. I rarely use outcalls anymore since I have decided to dump my previous provider and my new one is spotty at best.
