Had 2 nights in BKK before returning home. My preference is FL talent and first off I was shocked at the amount of ugly women expecting me to pay to have sex with them. Went to Bier Garten, Thermae, Nana and cruised Sukhumvit as well as climax.

There was not as much women as I was expecting and some of them told me it was quiet. Also Climax is good for pick up but it can take some time to get the hang of it, if you like clubbing late and hanging out with hot girls then you will be ok but this place can turn into a money pit. 250 in and about 220 a drink with very pushy staff, even paying in the girl held my change back and asked for a tip. This was standard throughout the club with one waiter not leaving until I give him something. My advice is go here very late no earlier than 3 and then grab and go. The thing is if you have a couple of drinks with a girl and dance with her it may lead to a better session. I had one girl constantly getting me to finger her in the club and then this may lead to a cheaper rate if you have built up a rapport.

So you will have to decide, grab and go maybe pay more and you have no idea what she is like or pay for some drinks dance and mess around. For newbies do not get wasted in here and do not let any drunk girls choose you big mistake, take your time and choose wisely making your own decision.

Standard rates for ST seem to be 1500, but if you are out late you can get this down to 1000. In Phuket I was getting ST for 700 and only paid this because she was super hot and I really wanted to bang her and LT for 1000 or less. As Phuket is a lot smaller and everything revolves around 1 strip you can catch a lot of talent on the way too work and grab phone numbers for later which is what I did.

Of course I understand this is all relative to ones expectations and tastes and I have no doubt there is some top shelf talent in BKK for which you will pay a price for, especially if you like gogo.

Just to save you the effort of reading a few hundred pages published on this fine forum:

There are any options to have some fun in BKK, but I will limit myself to some of the most obvious.

It starts with the SW ("streetwalkers") on lower Sukhumvit Road: probably the cheapest option and you can take them to your hotel or they will take you to a nearby ST ("short time") hotel. One pop of basic sex is what you can expect. Beauty is of course in the eye of the beholder, but this is not the place to go looking for catwalk-models. If that is your desire, there are some Africans and FSU ladies here as well.

One (small) step up are the SW in the evening / night at the parking of the Nana Hotel.

A bit more mature free-lancers can be found in establishments such as Beergarten.

All of the above are self-employed: you negotiate with them for their fees and services. There is no "barfine" to be paid for them. Be open and clear and take nothing for granted.

Next type are the massage places of which there are many all over the town. Some are barely disguised brothels (such as the soapies in the "Annies" style or the PSE oilies) where you pay a fixed upfront fee "all included" (but check how much this "all" actually includes!) Other will start with a cheap legit massage and then will ask you if you want "extra" services and you negotiate with the massage lady herself.

Another categorie are the beerbars who employ "waitresses" and "hostesses" available for take-out. You pay the bar a "barfine" and again you negotiate fee and services directly with the girl. During your talk with the girrl you can offer her a ladydrink and she will get a commission on that drink. Ladydrinks are more expensive than your drink; so now you know who is funding that commission! You take the lady to your hotel or to a nearby ST hotel. They are available for ST (one pop, max a few hours) or LT ("long time", i.e. overnight; traditionally two pop before you go to sleep together and one more in the morning).

As from about 8 PM the agogo-clubs will open. They operate on the same principles as the beerbars, but also offer some visual entertainment: (semi) nude dancing, lesbian act, shooting darts from their pussies, . . . and more of such fun. Call one of the "dancers" over to your table, give her a ladydrink, perhaps engage in a little "pleying" with her already and if she suits you, (again) negotiate fee and services. ST and LT is available.

If you like non-pro girls (or better disguised pro-girls), then visit the disco scene (not my scene, but there are many reports on the forum, so have a look). These are freelancers so no barfine to be paid, but you probably have to buy them some drinks and "entertain" them before they go with you. As I said, "not my scene", so I cannot really comment.

As anywhere in a big city, there are the escort services (very expensive, but some say they are worth their price; whereas other bittterly complain they fell for the "bait and switch" of these photoshopped website operators). YMMV and as always "caveat emptor"!

This is a really poor rate of pay for a very top class bargirl for 24 hours per day which greatly interferes with her personal life, if she has one. Some of them are getting 2500 for short time (less than 2 hours). It maybe that some girls accept that in special circumstances, however a top class bargirl would definitely be losing money to take that, especially if on busy days like Friday to Sunday where they can get 3 STs per day without much problem.

I am curious as to the service level of an 8,000 Baht soapy girl.
