There is a few things I just can't figure out.

I thought prostitution is legal in Taiwan. If so why can't any body post what do to find a legal place to go from the airport? I been reading and reading and reading and its all just bits of info.

I'm a foreigner here myself, so there's a fair chance I'm wrong. But as far as I know, it was legal before, and only in specifically designated areas, but that didn't work out, practically speaking, because no "area" wanted to be explicitly and officially designated as a "legal area" which was tantamount to calling it a sex den. So, in that sense, prostitution is practically illegal here in Taiwan.

As I'm sure you've read, it's not easy to monger in Taiwan. And the language barrier adds to that challenge. That said, there are a number of old reliables on this site if you care to read up. I haven't personally tried Caesar's or Minquan Blue, but those are to name two, but they're in Taipei. I don't know anything about Taoyuan, but I'm sure there are better delivery service prospects in that area via the usual Google search for escort agencies or WeChat.

I know that those are supposed to be a dime a dozen, but it was my first time. On New Year's Eve, I was fortunate enough to have had Taiwanese friends bring me, and treat me, too! There were around 8 of us, and as many girls. I think I was fortunate enough to have been on the side of the room with the a 6 (but she was the most GFE. Seems like Caesar's will suffice for your needs, especially since a good number of WeChat agents are not very good with English, and most of their girls don't do much of it either.

I agree with that assessment, many of my contacts speak only Chinese but there are those who deal with non-Chinese speakers. You should probably get in touch with them before you come over and get them to know you so things go smoothly when you come. But since they deal with non-Chinese speakers or clients so I cannot tell you what the prices are (I am assuming they will want more).

Also, if you are staying in a hotel in Zhongli, that is pretty far from the city proper so you need to check beforehand with your provider if they will send girls to your place and / or they will charge you an extra.

Taipei has no real red light district unless you think of the Linsen area, but the girls there are even more expensive. If you are white or a non-Chinese speaker, your options are limited. On average, my wechat / Line contacts offer girls for 3. 5 K for Phillippino / Malaysia girls; 5 6 K for China girls and Taiwan girls go for at least 6 K, but you also need to get a short stay hotel room so add another 1 K to that.

After RTFF'ing for this mythical Lisa MP's contact / location information, it looks like I've been stonewalled. Most of the people who mentioned the place don't have a subscription, and honestly I would have paid for someone's subscription just to PM this question haha. I'd be glad to TOFTT based on the meager location details given, and just wander up and down the street asking about this place (I'm Taiwanese and speak Mandarin. How bad could it go?
