After my disappointing and expensive trips to Dolls where all the pretty and decent girls seem to have been driven away, I followed the tips and went to Star Nosorog in Podol. This seems to be where the pretty girls have gone. But no take out option. Great full on private dances. Trousers off. Grinding. Full contact. Long dances. 300 each. Whisky or juices at 100 gr. It's something like the Ukrainian version of Wroclaw in Poland, however it is larger, has more students, is poorer, and it has almost no Western tourists. It has a population of 1. 5 million people, but because there are so many students, the nightlife and the freebies is like that of a larger city.

I have reported a similar experience in previous year, but I can't guess this trouble has become the rule in Kiev.

I would give my real address but always wait outside on the look out for anything suspicious. A independent semi pro will want to meet outside and take a good look at you before entering a building. If they ask for an apartment number in advance, it's almost for sure an agency. I would always cancel if they were escorted by a man to the building or the "taxi driver" waited.

Never been to Kharkiv but I can imagine it to be full of Arabic students as its cheaper to study there and with the right bribe a student is guaranteed a degree when its time for them to head home. LOL. PHD in Sexology at least.

As for being " Brown" In Kharkiv and in Eastern Europe as a whole, its much more of odds stacked against you. Its the same all over EE with varying degrees.

I love Kharkiv. Great parks, concerts to go to. I was there in June and enjoyed myself. I do not know about the winter times.

And Kharkov is heaps of fun to party in. Loads of beautiful ladies and several fantastic Ukrainian drinking establishments to get hammered in. Once the ice melts, I am going again.

I never had any problems there but one time (before Maidan) I saw the cops beat up some demonstrates severely. It was night at the Lenin statue and these very peaceful dorky looking persons of all ages was just standing there with some signs and a tent. I saw them earlier that day, but at around midnight someone had enough and a bunch of big men in round hats and various tools, decided that the best way to stop this demonstration was to beat the shit out of these poor fucks. Said and done.

If you read reports here about Kharkiv it makes it a good destination for P4P or scoring civvies but Russian skills is very useful.

At the time of the crises I thought about Liviv as a safer bet as its just across the border from Poland and its much easier to get to from Europe than Kharkiv and also for legging it out in case of emergency.

I'm going to have to pass on Lviv and anything in the WEST. They're just too nationlistic and I have zero interest in Ukrainian language!

In fact when I get there I'll be looking for a Russian language school / academy so Khariv would more ideal for me. So would other EATERN TOWNS

But I do not take that far. I give the building number, and the wrong apartment number. I tell them I have to meet them at the door to let them in, so call me 5 minutes before they arrive. I hang outside (easier int he summer! Check if they are the real girl. If not, I phone back telling them they do not make the cut. If she looks good enough, I approach and judge the initial interaction. If she is unfriendly, refuses to hug and kiss, I give her 100 UAHs and tell her to go away.

It is not the money, or the safety issue, but also that I am looking for good sex. If she can not even smile and hug upon meeting you, she will likely not be any good in bed.

Once had a girl whom I met at my apartment (when I was young and foolish) and we failed to arrive at an agreement. You are right. Most of the photos are fake, bait and switch.
Lots of low quality girls.
Almost all good looking girls are long gone.
For the few that's left are asking for very high prices.
For the prices they are asking, you might as well stay at home in developed countries like UK or else where in Western Europe, saving your costs on airfare and hotels; so you can do more mongering at home, especially if your home is in another continent, your saving by doing mongering at home would be huge.

It's sad but it's true. There's no point wasting money and time coming to Kiev.
